Everything writes through to Shopify
Ezzeefy keeps its own copy of your products, orders and customers so analytics and segments are fast, but management actions are never local. An order refunded here is refunded in Shopify; a product created here appears in the Shopify admin. Changes made in Shopify flow back automatically and update the copy.
The order screen and the Customer 360profile link to each other, so you can move from “this order looks odd” to “who is this customer” in one click.
Bulk operations
The same kinds of changes — tagging, status changes, deletions — across thousands of customers, products, orders or inventory records at once. They run in the background with live progress, land in a history log when done, and anything destructive asks for confirmation first.
- CSV customer import brings in up to 10,000 rows at a time, with a per-row error report so a bad row never sinks the file.
- Large runs are chunked and drained in the background — you can close the tab and come back to the result.
