Extensions & Shopify Flow
Ezzeefy also works where you already are — inside the Shopify admin, in Shopify's own automation tool, and on the surfaces your customers see after they buy.
Inside the Shopify admin
Order, product and customer pages in the Shopify admin each gain an Ezzeefy block. Orders show financial status, applied discount codes and which campaign earned the order; products show status and total stock; customers show their RFM tier, segments, lifetime value and marketing consent — the same Customer 360 facts, without opening the app.
The More actions menu gains the write side: add or remove tags on a customer or an order, tag every member of a segment at once, or pull up a discount's status and usage count. Tagging an order with a campaign name is how attribution shows up on the order block.
Shopify Flow
Ezzeefy appears inside Shopify Flow as both actions and triggers, so automations you build in Shopify can drive Ezzeefy — and events in Ezzeefy can drive Shopify automations.
- Actions include enrolling a customer in a journey, sending an email or SMS from a campaign template, issuing store credit, generating a discount code, tagging customers by segment, and running a bulk operation.
- Triggers include a campaign finishing, a customer reaching VIP tier, a win-back candidate being identified, stock dropping low, a first or high-value order landing, and journey lifecycle events.
The exact catalogue grows over time — the Flow editor lists everything available in the version you have installed.
Customer accounts
Stores on Shopify's new customer accounts can add a recommendations block to the order-status page — a buyer checking where their order is sees what to come back for next. It is added from the customer-account editor, like any other block.
Checkout surfaces
- Post-purchase — recommendations on the thank-you page right after payment, addable in one click. Enabled from the checkout settings, on any plan.
- In checkout — a recommendations block inside checkout itself, added from the checkout editor. Checkout blocks are a Shopify Plus feature, so this one is Plus-only.
Both surfaces feed the same recommendation analytics as the storefront personalization — impressions, clicks and the revenue each surface earned are reported per surface, so you can tell the thank-you page apart from checkout.
